Embassy of Finland in the Netherlands heeft dit gerepost
Earlier this week, I returned to Finland from The Hague, marking the end of my time at the Embassy of Finland in the Netherlands. Over the past months, I have had the opportunity to deep dive into the multilateral side of diplomacy. Attending meetings such as the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court and the Conference of the States Parties of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) gave me a front-row view of international decision-making in action. Visiting institutions such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) also provided valuable perspectives on global governance and international law. This final internship before graduation was a unique experience, unlike any of my previous roles. What made it especially memorable were the incredible people from around the world I had the chance to meet and work with, making it a meaningful way to conclude my studies. Thank you 🫶🏼 I am looking forward to starting 2025 back in Finland, with new adventures awaiting✨
