אתמול שמחנו לארח את Naama Gelband, מנהלת תקשורת פנים ארגונית בחברת Fiverr, לוובינר מעורר השראה על מיתוג אישי מקצועי. נעמה שיתפה אותנו בחשיבות של יצירת פרסונה מקצועית אישית – איך כל אחד מאיתנו מציג את עצמו לסביבה ואיך אנחנו נתפסים בעיני אחרים. היא הסבירה על תפקידו המרכזי של LinkedIn בתהליך הזה, שהוא “המשרד הגדול בעולם”, ונתנה שפע של טיפים פרקטיים ליצירת פרופיל לינקדאין מושלם ומושך. נעמה דיברה על החשיבות של בניית פרסונה מקצועית כבר בתחילת הקריירה, הערך של מעורבות בפלטפורמה – תגובות, שיתופים ויצירת תוכן, וכיצד ניתן להגדיר את עצמנו בצורה ברורה ומדויקת שתשקף את הערכים והיכולות שלנו. כסטודנטים המעוניינים להשתלב בשוק העבודה, למדנו איך להבליט את עצמנו בצורה חכמה, אותנטית ויצירתית. תודה נעמה, על הרצאה מעשירה ומלאת השראה! אל תשכחו להמשיך לעקוב אחר הפעילויות והאירועים שלנו כאן בעמוד :)

שבוע מטורף היה לנו במועדון EdTech Reichman Univeristy והפעם מפגש כל כך מיוחד שאיגד בתוכו ריכוז גבוה מאוד של הרבה דמויות מעוררות השראה. פגשנו סדרה ארוכה של יזמים כל כך מיוחדים שמכניסים אור גדול לאקוסיסטם של האד-טק📖 אז מי היה ?? 💥Yuval Chomski מחברת Jotit 💥Yoav Guez מחברת BetaYeda 💥Kirill Slavkin מחברת Annoto 💥 Ofir Kerker Nadav Yaron מחברת Storywizard.ai כל אחד מהיזמים לקח אותנו למסע שהם עשו ונתנו לנו את החזון שעומד לפניהם. זכינו לשאול המון שאלות, ואילולא השעה המאוחרת לדעתי היינו עוד ממשיכים לשבת שעות ארוכות. כל זאת לאור נרות החנוכה שללא ספק השרו עוד ייחודיות לערב הזה🕯️🕎 אז תודה רבה לכם שהתארחתם אצלנו ב RUEC - Entrepreneurship Club Reichman University

Pitch Night 2025 is officially here!

This week, the Leaders Club had the privilege of hosting Nir Levinger , CEO of CBC Israel (Coca-Cola Israel). Nir shared his inspiring journey, from starting as a sales representative to leading one of Israel’s largest companies, offering valuable insights on leadership, teamwork, and strategic growth. He also spoke about how CBC Israel adapted during the recent war, showing resilience and a deep commitment to the community through extensive donations and support efforts. Nir’s reflections on balancing business success with social responsibility gave us much to think about. The session left us inspired and equipped with practical lessons on leading with purpose, staying true to values, and adapting to challenges. Nir’s authenticity and passion for leadership resonated deeply with all of us. Thank you, Nir, for an insightful and memorable evening. This week, the Leaders Club had the honor of being hosted by McCann TLV , one of Israel’s leading ad agencies, for an unforgettable evening of learning and inspiration. We had the privilege of hearing from two remarkable speakers: Yaron Perl, Creative VP at McCann, the visionary behind some of Israel’s most iconic TV advertisements. Roi Kurland , CEO and owner of Green Productions , the country’s largest Television, Theater and Ad production company.  Yaron and Roy shared invaluable insights into the worlds of creativity, marketing, and production, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at how ideas evolve into impactful campaigns. Their stories, strategies, and lessons on collaboration and leadership left our students inspired and motivated. During the meeting, Ofer Feldman, Co-Manager at the company, gave us an exclusive glimpse into the real estate world from a unique perspective. He shared the key challenges the industry faces today and how startups can offer innovative solutions to these challenges - a fascinating angle for anyone dreaming of combining entrepreneurship and technology in the real estate sector. השבוע במועדון הדיפנס טק, זכינו לארח 4 מהמוחות המבריקים בתעשייה, שבאו לשתף אותנו בסיפורי הדרך שלהם ובניסיון העשיר שהם צברו. במהלך הפאנל הם דיברו על איך הגיעו לתעשייה, איך הם מצאו את הדרך אל התפקידים שלהם, ואיך כל אחד מהם מנווט בתוך תחום ההתמחות שלו. עלו נושאים מרתקים כמו חדשנות מבוססת בינה מלאכותית, החשיבות של שימוש כפול (Dual Use) בטכנולוגיות, איך לזהות פתרונות אפקטיביים, והצורך המתמיד להישאר עדכניים וחדשניים. אחת מעצות הזהב שעלו הייתה מMatan Fahima שאמר: "בתחום הזה, דווקא השקטים, שעובדים קשה ומוכיחים את עצמם במעשים, הם האנשים שמוערכים ומתקדמים בתעשייה ." תודה רבה לכל חברי הפאנל על השיחה המרתקת!
