A new retrospective cohort study unveils an AI-powered model that can pinpoint ovulation with over 90% accuracy in natural-cycle frozen embryo transfers. When physicians aligned with the model’s recommendations, clinical pregnancy rates rose by as much as 8.7%—a clear indicator of how AI can revolutionize IVF and reduce guesswork in fertility care. Imagine combining this high-accuracy prediction with near- or at-home hormone testing. You’d simply upload results through a mobile app, bypassing daily trips to the clinic for blood draws and ultrasounds. This future-forward approach would not only democratize access to top fertility expertise (no matter where you live) but also reimagine the entire fertility ecosystem—fewer clinic visits, greater convenience, and a patient-centric experience. European Fertility Awareness Week (Nov 4 - Nov 10) was created to raise awareness and highlight challenges. One challenge is the increasing demand, putting pressure on fertility clinics across Europe and their ability to provide timely care. AI for fertility treatments can help. Our study shows how AI scheduling algorithms can help fertility clinics optimize their workflows, enabling a 27% increase in daily treatments while maintaining quality of care.
