We have finalized the sale of two industrial parks in Poland to a leading international commercial real estate investor for approximately €70 million.   Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III in Upper #Silesia offers 72,000 sqm of modern space, strategically located near the A1 and A4 motorways, with midocean operating its main logistics and printing hub there. Panattoni Park #Kraków East II provides 18,500 sqm next to the A4 motorway and is also fully leased.   “Our parks are designed to address the dual objectives of functionality and sustainability, contributing to the growth of the logistics sector while supporting environmental goals. This sale demonstrates the enduring appeal of Panattoni’s assets,” commented Michał Stanisławski MRICS.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park #Rotterdam, a fully leased 40,000 sq m logistics facility, to MEAG, the asset manager of Munich Re Group.   The park is strategically located near the Port of Rotterdam, one of Europe's most important logistics hubs, offering excellent connectivity to key transport routes.    Developed on a revitalized brownfield site, the project showcases our commitment to sustainability, meeting BREEAM Excellent standards. It features gas-free operations, solar panels, and energy-efficient systems—ensuring long-term environmental and operational benefits.   Congratulations to the Panattoni NL team for delivering another high-quality facility in a prime market.

The European Logistics & Supply Chain Sustainability Report 2024, co-prepared by Panattoni, reveals a growing trend toward green mobility. According to the report, 59% of respondents now view EV charging points as a key priority for their warehouse operations. The demand for electric vehicle charging infrastructure is rising across Europe, and we are proud to support this transformation in logistics. Panattoni Germany is proud to partner with ZF Group in turning a new page! ZF, a global leader in automotive technology, has faced significant challenges since the 2021 floods in the Ahr Valley impacted its production site. Last week, we broke ground on a new production facility in Niederzissen, creating a future-ready space for ZF’s advanced manufacturing. This location was chosen to preserve local jobs and support regional stability, while the facility itself reflects our shared commitment to sustainability with features like solar panels, heat pumps to eliminate fossil fuel reliance, and greywater systems. The opening is planned for early 2026, and we can’t wait to see this project take shape.
