We continue to take a look back at our 2024 highlights, this time with the launch of our £1.2bn UK Real Estate Fund – the result of extensive collaboration by Partner Funds to unlock access to new investment opportunities in the sector. Three Partner Funds – Tyne and Wear Pension Fund, Cumbria Pension Fund, and South Yorkshire Pensions Authority – joined forces to pool 65 existing holdings to seed the proposition, which is expected to grow to more than £3bn in the next five years.
