COMMITMENT NEWS: The ERFC (Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County) has committed $14 million to two multifamily funds: Berkshire Multifamily Credit Fund IV (Berkshire Residential Investments) and FPA Apartment Opportunity Fund IX (FPA Multifamily LLC). These commitments were made on Dec. 13, according to meeting materials.
