Across our 10 sites and 4 cities, members enjoy private offices, coworking, and breakout areas, as well as events programmes, meeting rooms, access to private clubspaces and more. The spaces are designed to be more than places to work. They’re hubs for connecting, collaborating, and learning. As a B Corp Certified organisation, we're committed to pursuing purpose as well as profit and helping others on their journey to do the same. 2024 has been a year of consolidation at x+why. We felt that in order to build a long term and sustainable brand, we needed to focus internally this year. This was a deliberate decision to make sure our standards continued to be the highest but that we also focussed on the team and the x+why DNA. Saying all that, it has still felt like a ridiculously busy year! We are very clear at x+why that modern working is not about sitting at a desk every day of the week but about a destination for learning, fun, mentoring, engagement and productivity. We do this by working with landlords to provide a single operating platform operating everything from flexible workspaces, front of house, events, meetings, amenities and F&B inspired clubspace to all tenants (not just flex) to the highest hospitality standards (Design, People, Service).
