Why do people rarely use the search function in Slack? 🕵️ Because nobody knows exactly where the half-remembered thing actually lives. Was it a Slack thread..? Or was it... A half-finished Google Doc? In the team Wiki in Notion? Mentioned on yesterday's team call? Part of that re:re:re email thread? Nested in a product team sub-folder in Confluence? Buried in customer notes in Hubspot? When reps can't easily find answers, they default to asking in Slack, again and again - it's the path of least resistance ⚡️ We've learned (the hard way) that you need to meet reps where they are.
