  • Client Success Spotlight: INKA 🍏 When INKA, a stylish and sustainable lunchwear brand, approached us, we saw a chance to partner with a team that shares our values: innovation + sustainability without compromise. INKA’s passionate (and female-founded) team spent two years in R&D to perfect their products, and landed on a sustainable and long lasting alternative to leather and PVC. This was a mission we couldn’t wait to support! The Challenge As an early-stage DTC brand, INKA needed to turn their email channel into a revenue powerhouse. Their goals were boosting sales, increasing average order value (AOV), and making email a steady source of revenue—all while building customer loyalty. What We Did We implemented a three-part email strategy designed to build a high-impact email marketing channel: 1️⃣ Automated Campaigns – We created and set up marketing automations that delivered timely, relevant messages, from welcome to post-purchase flows. Each message was designed to engage and delight. 2️⃣ Retention & Peak Campaign Strategy –We focused on driving retention for existing customers by sharing content that aligned with the brand’s purpose, while we implemented a dedicated campaign strategy to drive sales during the peak period. 3️⃣ Data Restructuring & Re-engagement – We optimized INKA’s data for smarter segmentation and reactivated disengaged subscribers, ensuring higher deliverability and engagement rates. The Results 🔥 The email channel became a core revenue driver, with +447% revenue growth over the previous quarter—contributing 15% of total revenue in the span of a couple of months. 🔥 +143% increase in AOV showing that communicating the brand’s message clearly and implementing a lifecycle marketing strategy can lead to impressive results. 🔥 A thriving email channel that fuels both growth and INKA’s mission to make food storage more sustainable. 🙌 This is what happens when purpose meets smart strategy!
