Meet the Team – Sophie Rackley Saving the best for last, the final (for the moment) member of our team is Sophie. Sophie joined at the beginning of July to manage internal recruitment, operations, and sales support! She’s wearing many hats but has taken it in her stride, making a huge impact on the business in her short time here. In Sophie's own words: “Joining Uneek felt like the right next step in my career. Meet the Team – Louis King Louis is our newest recruiter joining the team at the beginning of June to set up our engineering function. With 2 years of experience in the industry Louis has hit the ground running building relationships with multiple clients across the UK, supporting candidates and clients in making valuable connections. Self-declared king of darts in the office, Louis brings competitive energy to the team alongside his recruitment knowledge 🎯 Why Louis Joined Uneek: "I joined Uneek because of the long-term opportunity that was presented to me by Donal. Meet the Team – Lewis Rosi   Lewis was the 3rd to join the team and has had an absolutely stella start to his career with us. Building great relationships with multiple clients who he has consistently supported with their hiring needs. Due to this he achieved his promotion to senior consultant within his first 6 months of being with the business📈👀   Lewis injects banter into the office and often boosts morale while extinguishing egos.. his engaging personality shines through when communicating with candidates and clients, making him a valuable asset in our internal team dynamics as well as external communications.   Why Lewis joined Uneek: “I joined Uneek as I wanted to help build something from scratch. Meet the Team – Rory Foley Rory was the first person to join Donal on the Uneek Journey, joining with 10 years sales experience, including 2 years specialising in technology recruitment. His deep understanding of the industry has been instrumental in building meaningful connections across his network. Continuously striving to improve his outreach and knowledge makes him a key player in both our/our client’s growth. A loyal Chelsea fan, Rory is always first to know the latest football updates and up for a debate. Whether he’s cheering in the stands or catching the game at home, his passion for football is as strong as his dedication to his work.
