We had great fun celebrating our biggest team day yet to recognise all of our hard work and successes in 2024 last week. We donated £10 to charity for every Christmas jumper worn and there were some great ones on show, meaning we couldn't just pick one winner. So Charlotte Jackson and Jamie Thompson took home the prizes for the best jumpers! It is just over a month since I joined Uinsure. I am working as hard as I have ever worked, and I'd say the same for everyone around me, but I've never felt so fulfilled in a role before. I am smiling every day on my way to work and as I sit and think about it on the day after the Christmas party it's clear to me that it's all down to one thing. Culture. An open and honest culture where everyone is engaged, responsible, and accountable and all honestly working towards the same lofty goals. I'd forgotten work could be like this and I am loving every day. A huge thank you to all of my new colleagues, looking forward to a huge 2025 !

It’s our Christmas party day at Uinsure and we’ve had a great day celebrating the team’s hard work over the last 12 months.
