Join us for our first event of 2025 👉 As part of Legal Ops Career's Careering Ahead series, we are promoting their first webinar of 2025 which focuses on those in the legal ops space that have been bold and founded / co-founded their own consultancies. 📢 The moderator will be Marc May (The Legal Technologist and Legal Ops Career) and he will be joined by Tom Fleuriot (Flocsam), Lucy Powell (Melius) and Robert Lankester (RLegal Engineering Ltd). 👍 Legal Ops Career's webinars are generally more personal in nature. This one will reflect the panellists career journeys, reason for founding (or co-founding) their own consultancies and pros/cons for doing so. 👉 Link to sign up here: https://lnkd.in/eDYrEUuH See you there! #legaltech #legalops

We want to speak with you We are shaking things up at The Legal Technologist and returning to our roots - showcasing people doing great things in the legal tech/ops/design space. So from the start of next year we will be publishing a weekly interview with someone in the space - giving them the opportunity to share their knowledge and insights. This will be a rough rotation of people from law firms, in-house, consultancies and other settings (e.g. vendors, academia, etc). People from all seniorities and locations are welcome. The interviews will be LT's sole focus going forward and will be tailored to each person (ie it won't be one size fits all). Interested? - feel free to get in touch with Marc May. #legaltech #newchapter

Just over half of the spots are now gone 💥 Marc May's shout out yesterday for the Legal Ops Career 'Careering Ahead' series of webinars filled just over half of the panel spots! There are some great speakers so well worth attending them when the dates get released shortly on the Legal Ops Career channel. 👉 If you're interested in speaking on any of the panels please do reach out to Marc to let him know! #legalops
Here are the Legal Ops Career webinars for the next year.. Would you be interested in speaking about a career-related topic? Please read on.. 🚀 This 'Careering Ahead' series has a variety of different panels that discuss various elements of the Legal Ops Career - from starting out to Director level, and from the perspective of a number of different settings. 🌐 Nearly all of them are online webinars, except the October one which will be held live in-person at the next Legal Tech in the South West. 👉 If you're interested in being one of the panel members for any of the scheduled talks please do get in touch with me. #legalops

Legal Tech in the South West was a success! We were proud to be media partner for Legal Tech in the South West. The second iteration of the event went well - ultimately focusing on 'people before tech'. People seemed to enjoy the more personal, human side of legal tech/ops, rather than focusing purely on the implementation of tech. The event had a number of sponsors - including headline sponsors Xerox and Arctic Wolf, and we briefly caught up with them before the event. Here is James Arscott and Elliot Fonte with a little explainer about what they do and why they were interested in the South West region: https://lnkd.in/eAvur9Ar #ltisw24 #legaltech #legalops

Have a great weekend! #legaltech #legalops

We're a proud sponsor of Legal Tech in the South West! 🎯 We are pleased to sponsor the second iteration of Legal Tech in the South West, based in Bristol, UK. Bristol is a unique place in that it contains a perfect mix of lawyers, legal ops people and a strong base for start ups - all in a place that is culturally more chilled and down to earth. 👉 We sponsored the first iteration last year, which went really well, and we're keen to see the second iteration be more successful. The event is limited to 200 tickets though so you do need to get in quick! While it is to gather people in the SW region together - those outside the region are more than welcome! 👀 Feel free to look at the ltinsw . com site for more details or get your tickets here on the Eventbrite page (https://lnkd.in/eyB-Kdjm). Also, for legal tech vendors there are a couple of booth spaces still available. Reach out to Marc May if interested to know more! #legaltech #legalops
