Our clients want the best talent but we must stay aligned with the internal equity of their existing staff, and understandably. But where MOST Talent Acquisition teams miss, is educating and discussing internal equity early in the candidate journey. Most the time we see this conversation happening after the fact, once an offer has already been made.
