So my first week of training done for the #BansteadtoBrighton #Charity walk 🚶🏼♂️ in aid of Parkinson's UK on July 6th!! I managed a 10 mile trot in under 3 hours which was relatively good going.... In brief, it will be a 6am set off from Banstead Village with a half way house in Handcross at the Red Lion pub where I will be putting on food and drinks before a final push to Brighton Palace Pier. We will likely be putting on a shuttle bus for people needing to get back to Banstead!
