🗳 Residents in the Stirling and Strathallan constituency are being urged to prepare now for the new requirement to show photo ID to vote at polling stations at the UK General Election on 4 July. The #election will be the first time a Scottish electorate will be asked to use ID to vote at a polling station. Voters in #Stirling and #Strathallan should check now that they have an accepted form of ID, and if not to apply for free ID, called the Voter Authority Certificate, by 26 June. Residents are also being encouraged to be aware of other key dates and information ahead of polling day. Find out more: https://lnkd.in/eWq5e6kD

We’ve been in Bonnybridge this morning celebrating the brilliant work being done by social enterprises in the #ForthValley area! We’re delighted to launch the new #ForthValleySEPlaces brochure, created in partnership with the Forth Valley SEN which highlights just some of the organisations having an incredible impact in their local communities. A big thank you to today’s speakers, Donna Harris from Bailliefields Community Hub, Angela Watt from Resonate Together and Joyce Murray from Grace Chocolates. It was fantastic to hear more about the individual journeys, work being done in communities and future plans of each organisation. Thanks also to our colleagues at Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network, Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise., Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI) and CVS Falkirk & District for organising this morning's event and to Bonnybridge Community Education Association for hosting us all. Take a look at the brochure and share the word: https://lnkd.in/etJbdMXn #SocialEnterprise #SocialEnterprisePlaces #Community #Placemaking
