Project | Taikoo Place, a project 10 years in the making, recently celebrated its grand opening. Our sensitive and holistic collaboration with Swire Properties across various phases of the project has culminated in a harmonious people-centred master plan. A full project write-up will follow soon.

The landscape concept focuses on the native ecology of Florida, featuring more than 100 indigenous plant species. It adds ecological value to the precinct while creating lush, tropical spaces for residents to enjoy comfortably. . Project Canada Water Dock In 2021, British Land asked us to design the lighting for a 170-meter boardwalk at Canada Water Dock, designed by Asif Khan. The boardwalk runs through a newly restored wetlands nature reserve and connects to Canada Water Station. The design delivers a stunning visual identity after dark, balancing protecting the revived ecology of the site with supporting pedestrians and commuters in a safe, secure, and enjoyable journey. Project | Remembering our iconic project for the southern hub of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. We won a competition with James Corner Field Operations in late 2012, with our immersive concept of suspending a series of laser cut galvanised steel spheres along the main boulevard to scatter dappled light across the public realm, using soft graduations in internal colour to create a painterly effect and enhance the sense of perspective. We took the scheme through to conclusion, with Michael Grubb Studio engaged by contractor SKANSKA to support with the delivery of the scheme. We were proud to win an IALD Award of Merit and IES Award of Merit for the project in 2015.
