2024… WHAT A YEAR👏🏽🚀 The past 12 months have been nothing short of sensational. We've experienced incredible growth and achieved more than we could have imagined👏🏽 Here are a few of our standout moments from the year (it was hard to choose - there were so many!👀😆): 🖥️ Kicking off 2024, we implemented a new warehouse system, helping our team work more efficiently and enabling faster shipping for our customers. ✈️ In March, we flew to Spain to visit Vidal Candies HQ and Factory in Murcia, to explore exciting ideas to delight our customers👀 🏪 On March 11th, we celebrated the grand opening of our 13th SoSweet store in Taunton - a fantastic success! 🎉 Later in March, we marked a major milestone: 10 incredible years in business. 🐣 After studying market trends and customer insights, the ultimate 4 for £20 deal was born, launching just in time for Easter. Since then, it has dominated the TikTok Shop Food and Beverage category, becoming a firm favourite. 🍬 In May, we launched a new branch of the business, SoSweet Direct - offering bespoke door-to-store sweets and snacks solutions. 🌐 Also in May, our SoSweet Wholesale website went live, providing a diverse assortment of wholesale sweets at unbeatable prices. 🌟 The end of May saw the opening of our 14th store in Dartmouth. 🎈 In June, we opened our Sidmouth store, marking the 15th location on our growing list. 🎥 In October, we visited TikTok HQ for our very first SoSweet creators event - a massive success with even more exciting plans for 2025. ✨ Later in October, we celebrated the opening of our 16th store in Teignmouth, the final addition for 2024. 🏆 In November, we were spotlighted in Nonsensical | The TikTok Agency's "Top 25 Brands on TikTok Shop UK 2024" report. 😱 As November drew to a close, we had a RECORD-BREAKING Black Friday! Our Black Friday Bags were a fan-favourite again, with sales surpassing last year’s total - an incredible achievement. 🎄 To wind down the year, we celebrated in style with an amazing Christmas party at the Pier House. A heartfelt thank you to all of our suppliers, partners, and supporters. Your collaboration and dedication have made this year unforgettable, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done to help us grow. The incredible enthusiasm from creators and collaborators has made 2024 truly special. We’re honoured to have so many people visiting and wanting to be a part of the SoSweet journey. 🚨A RECORD BREAKING BLACK FRIDAY AT SoSweet🚨 We’re only halfway through the Black Friday period, and WOW, what a ride it’s been so far🎉 Our Black Friday Bags are proving to be an absolute fan favourite once again - so much so that we’ve already beaten the total number of units sold during the whole of last year😱 💼 It’s all hands on deck at SoSweet HQ today. Even George our MD, is in the warehouse, helping to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible🚚💨 We’re working longer shifts, hiring more team members, and booking extra deliveries to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Yesterday, we sent off a very exciting delivery 🚚✨ This is the first of three full trucks heading to TikTok's warehouse📦 That’s 26 out of 80 pallets total! Each lorry carries 2,600 units, equalling a whopping 13,000kg of sweets per vehicle🍬💪 But what products are on the truck, you might ask…?
