We're rounding off our Christmas activities with a festive bake-off for Acorns Children's Hospice. Employees brought in a range of delicious homemade treats, which were then judged by our Executive Committee members. Thank you to everyone who baked, bought and donated. Well done to Leah who won Star Baker - here's our CEO, David McCreadie, presenting her prize. Wishing Harry a huge congratulations for passing his apprenticeship with distinction! Harry recently completed a Level 3 Compliance and Risk Officer Apprenticeship Standard but isn't stopping there. He's also achieved a LIBF certificate in business banking and is pursuing further Level 5 qualifications. Harry said, “It has been challenging to balance these additional studies; however, they have significantly enhanced my professional development and broadened my knowledge." He also advises those looking to achieve similar results: "Consistent dedication and a proactive approach to learning are key."
