Last month we were delighted to welcome our second intake of Degree Apprentices to RCM. James Wright and Darius Munteanu join us from one of our partner organisations, London Academy of Excellence Tottenham. Both will be studying for a degree with the University of Exeter alongside their work in our IT department.

In honour of Black History Month, RCM London hosted members of The Amos Bursary, including Co-founder and Chief Executive Colleen Amos OBE, Board Member Richard Butler, Amos students, and alumni. Students recounted their month-long summer work experience in New York, including an insight day at RCM’s NYC office. The Amos team also discussed the role diversity and inclusion play in achieving excellence in the workplace and their personal journeys with the Bursary’s support. We appreciate their insightful contributions on such an important topic and look forward to continuing our partnership.

Our Graduate Class of 2024 recently undertook a team-building exercise as part of their initial training - their mission? Build a rollercoaster! Graduates collaborated and strategised to design, plan and produce some spectacular builds. RCM is proud to support the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham and #ChrysalisEast for their innovative programming, which aims to maximise educational outcomes for the children of Tottenham.
#ChrysalisEast, LAE Tottenham's outreach programme supported by Rokos Capital Management, proudly hosted over 145 programmes and events over the 2023-24 academic year with our feeder schools and local primary schools! Children who have participated in the programmes have said that they are "...the most exciting part of [their] week at school" and that "You get that feeling every week like you've been on a school trip"!
