As we near the end of 2024, I wanted to share an update from Reed Talent Solutions’ UK Volume Talent Acquisition Centre 📢 Here is a quick overview of our year - ▪️ 817 temporary placements made since January 1st ▪️ Over 100 temporary placements lined up for January/February 2025 ▪️ Provided upskilling/reskilling for 222 candidates to move into the customer service sector, 121 securing a permanent role with our client using the training provided ▪️ We’ve had 3 new MSP/PSL wins within the utilities sector and technology sector ▪️ A staggering 30 golden tickets have been won by co-members for their periodic financial performance, including Zivile winning the big prize for FY24 – a £3,000 holiday voucher as part of Reed's generous rewards package ✈️ ▪️ 3 co-members from the team have won an impact award for their standout effort and performance over a quarter 🥇 ▪️ UK Volume TAC has become home to 3 new graduate/undergraduate scheme members, and we’ve had 2 return to the team to continue with their Reed career ▪️ We've won the Nétive VMS Client Service Award at the TIARA Talent Solutions Europe Awards and the Best Talent Solution of the Year at the Reed High Achievers for FY24 🏆 ▪️ We had an exciting structural change due to the new MSP/PSL wins, welcoming existing Reed Talent Solutions co-members into the team to increase our resource capability ▪️ We average 9.42/10 on our temp employee opinion surveys All of the above would not have been possible without the dedication and enthusiasm of the team throughout 2024 - Kennedy Cook Zivile Butenkova Danielle Lawrence Sam Douglass Ellie Bolsover Jessica Yu Lilla Pásztori Reuben Skinner Nalini Patel Princess Tamou Joshua Dolby Teigan Palmer.
