Supporting the human behind the role

About us

At ReechUs we build all of our programs around one simple idea: 👉🏻 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 👈🏻 Because today’s options for employee support fail to properly engage leaving them largely unused. Employee Assistance Programs are a great example: They provide 84% of UK employees free access to counsellors. With 71% experiencing significant stress, and 1-in-4 experiencing a mental health problem like severe anxiety or depression, they SHOULD be heavily used. Yet the average engagement rate is a pitiful 5%. And 60% of those calls are just signposted to self-help resources. We need to do better. - What we offer: 𝐑𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐔𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝘖𝘶𝘳 12-𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 𝘪𝘴 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘴𝘵 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 1-𝘵𝘰-1 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 & 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘺. Our 4-step process: 1. Set engagement target 2. Design an engagement plan 3. Run seminars, workshops, Q&As to help drive engagement 4. • Most people don’t like yoga. - 🏃♀ Most people don’t like running. 💪🏻 Most people don’t like the gym.  🏋♂ Most people don’t like CrossFit. 🕺 Most people don’t like dance classes. In 2025, choose your employee exercise initiatives carefully. It’s very easy to alienate the majority. - Personalised exercise initiatives are incredibly cost effective and have a 10x+ ROI. • How to guarantee your team exercise regularly in 2025… - A physically active workforce: ✅ Takes less sick days ✅ Is far more productive ✅ Has a much lower turnover rate ✅ Experience fewer mental health issues Here’s how to approach physical health in 2025: 1. Focus on moving the needle 📈 Not everyone is going to start exercising 5 days a week. A small improvement for each person will make a bigger impact than a minority training for an Iron Man. 2. Ensure your initiatives are educational 📕 The goal is to help someone exercise more, forever. 6-week-bootcamp-style-workouts are fine, but they’re probably not going to teach them enough to exercise the rest of the year. 3. Focus on personalised solutions ♻️ Some people love yoga, most don’t. Offering very specific exercise initiatives is likely to alienate those less likely to workout. Invest in personalised solutions. - Personalised exercise initiatives are incredibly cost effective and have a 10x+ ROI. Want to better support your team? Let’s chat. 🔗 Link in the comments

  • How to make sure your team stick with their fitness resolutions in 2025 ⬇️ - Every member of your team exercises differently, so why offer them a generic exercise initiative like yoga classes or "cycle to work"? At ReechUs, every employee gets to choose their own personal trainer from our network and work with them for 90 days of the year. They focus on the goals that matter to them and exercise in a way that resonates with them. Here are just a few of the specialties our team covers: - Lower back pain management - Pre/postnatal recovery - Injury prevention/rehabilitation - Strength/Hypertrophy - Fat loss/Weight management - Menopause management - Marathon training - Ski fitness If you'd like to offer your team a personalised exercise initiative in 2025, book a call with us. 🔗 Link in the comments

  • Here’s why EAPs fail. - Employee assistance programs are often chosen using the following criteria: 👉🏻 Cost. Here’s the criteria that should be considered 👉🏻 How easy is it for an employee to speak to someone? 👉🏻 Is the provider going to help promote engagement? 👉🏻 How experienced/qualified are the mental health professionals? 👉🏻 What is the average time it takes for an employee to speak to a professional? 👉🏻 Is it possible for employees to choose who they speak to? 👉🏻 Can employees receive ongoing support with the same professional? 👉🏻 How often are employees rejected for support? 👉🏻 How often are employee signposted to self-help resources? 👉🏻 What is the average engagement rate for an organisation? When cost is the only consideration, the least effective service will always win. Use this as a guide the next time your EAP comes up for renewal. - Proper mental health support doesn’t need to be expensive, but it definitely shouldn’t be cheap. Want to better support your team?
