An independent creative communications agency full of passionate people who dare to care.
About us
An independent, creative-first agency full of people who dare to care. Brilliantly unconventional since 1995. We started RBH in 1995 as a place for creative collaboration, based on our 3 founding principles: creativity, care, and can-do. We’ve spent close to 30 years refining our skills and processes and embracing innovation in order to provide remarkable results for our clients. We call ourselves a creative-first agency, because creativity isn’t a bolt-on to what we do. It is what we do. All our work, not just our big brand campaigns but our insight and planning, our digital, SEO, PR and Social, is driven by brilliantly unconventional and always effective creative thinking. Swipe to see what happens when the Social team is recruited to help celebrate agency anniversaries. These RBHers have clocked up a combined total of 70 years' experience, so, we organised a noughties-inspired family photoshoot for Alice Foster, Natalie Griffiths, Hayley Mottram, Helen Brough and Gabrielle Stowe to help celebrate (If you haven't already, check out the 'weird photoshoot trend' on TikTok- you won't regret it). P.S. Helen and Gabby couldn't make this shoot, so who thinks we should shoot a part two? 😉

Merry Christmas from our four-legged RBHers 🎄❤️🦴 This year, the dogs of RBH told us they wanted to put on a show, and who were we to say no? We've been so excited to dedicate this year's Christmas campaign to Wild at Heart Foundation, especially as it means we get to showcase our own rescue pups. Zoom in to see some familiar faces 🐶

Social Media Managers, did you actually learn anything from Hootsuite’s 2025 Trend report? Our Head of Social, Tash Whitbourn had some thoughts on the recently released report. Here’s what she had to say about the three main predictions: 🧠 Push creative boundaries There's not much 'new news' in this prediction. TikTok pipped this in its own 2024 trends report, and most decent Social teams have understood for years that content needs to entertain, educate or inform. This means brands have been pushed outside of their content comfort zones through video for some time now. 🧠 Social trendjacking We can’t deny social listening has been having a moment in 2024. With few ways to measure ROI on organic social, Hootsuite gives some solid suggestions for how social listening can improve brands’ reporting. However, when it comes to trendjacking, Hootsuite says it wants you to use social listening to discover how your audience feels about a trend before jumping on it. A bit of a reach? We think so. 🧠 AI The report seems to recommend a similar approach to the one RBH is taking with generative AI – the sandwich approach – which is starting and ending the creative process with humans and using AI at touchpoints in the middle to help. However, it has not included any caveats around rights and ownership. Is it wise for Hootsuite to be so pro-AI without including any warnings of copyright infringement or even legal action? Overall, we felt that Hootsuite’s report includes some useful stats and thinking points, but it felt like it could have been written at the start of 2024.
