Pop Paper City
Animation and Post-production
A group of unique paper characters get crafty and create adventures together in a captivating paper world.
About us
Pop Paper City is a vibrant 3D craft series with adventure set in a place where dreams can become reality. The series (52 episodes of 11 minutes) focuses on a group of unique friends who live at Pop Paper City, the capital of the stunning and endlessly peculiar paper world. In each 11 minute episode, the characters in Pop Paper City find a new way to have fun together by creating new parts of their already impressive world, using craft to solve their challenges and complete their adventure. Live action montages within the show inspire children to make their own paper creations, encouraging ‘doing as well as viewing’. Through watching Pop Paper City, children will not only love the adventures the characters get into, but will also love the fact that they are being inspired to get crafty along with the show. The show is distributed by AARDMAN, funded in part by the BFI Young Audience content fund and will start airing on MILKSHAKE! (ch5) in the later part of 2022.
