Delighted to confirm that Pobl Group (Neil Barber, Claire Tristham, Adam Roberts, Amy Prince, Mark Trounce, Geraint Jenkins, Elfed Roberts) have completed the purchase of a further waterfront parcel of land at SA1 D5B, Swansea. With some great work from Amy Prince to advance the Planning and SAB applications alongside our consultant team. The site was acquired from Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government / Richard Baker and will deliver 43 affordable homes in a beautiful waterfront location. Thank you to our fantastic consultant team and Hugh James / Caroline O'Flaherty and Isobel Turnbull. Finally, thank you to Caroline Jones of Savills for providing valuation support to both Pobl and Welsh Government to assist with the transaction. With a number of sites due to exchange and complete over the next few weeks, we are always actively seeking opportunities across South East/West Wales, therefore if you have any sites that would be suitable, please contact Geraint Jenkins or myself to discuss.
