My book #CultureLedBrands goes live in 2025. 30 years of hand on experience, non jargon information and observations in 14 chapters. As a practitioner and not a writer, it’s been tough, but also an opportunity to reflect on my non traditional career and finally articulate my perspective on brands. The vision was and has always been clear: In a world of relentless change and pervasive uncertainty, brands can only thrive if they become adept at reading and responding to cultural currents and signals. Today, cultural fluency is not just a marketing advantage but a foundational element of successful contemporary business strategy. Therefore, cultural insight has to be integrated into every fibre of an organisation’s being, from its leadership ethos through to its strategic execution. The necessity for this book arises from a volatile business environment where traditional models of consumer engagement, branding, and internal organisation are being upended by rapid societal, technological, and environmental changes.
