Our team at P3 Derbyshire Safe Haven provides face-to-face, non-clinical support for people who have mental health concerns between the hours of 4.30pm and 12.30am. Although P3 Charity has been providing mental health support for over 50 years, the Safe Haven is one of our newer additions. Launched in 2023 in partnership with the Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust, it has proved to be a valuable community wellbeing resource where people can access support when they feel overwhelmed or unable to cope. P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) We’re Here Every Day, not just at Christmas. As Christmas approaches, many of us are looking forward to spending time with loved ones in the comfort of home. But for thousands of people, this time of year is a stark reminder of what they don’t have—a safe, warm place to call their own. P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) we’re here for people with nowhere to live, not just at Christmas but every single day of the year. Whether it’s finding someone a bed for the night, making sure they have the essentials, or simply being there to listen, our doors never close. I’m incredibly proud of my amazing colleagues and volunteers who go above and beyond every single day. At Christmas, they take it even further, making sure young people, families, children, and anyone who needs us has the best Christmas they possibly can. They don’t just provide support—they bring warmth, kindness, and hope when it’s needed most. To everyone who helps make this work possible, thank you for standing with us. And to anyone who needs us, we’re here for you.

Our P3 BeWell Derbyshire service held a Christmas raffle at the start of the festive season to raise money for the people we support. 🎄 Over the last year, this service has focused on tackling isolation within the community through monthly trips including bowling, pumpkin picking, walks and more. The money raised at their fundraiser will provide funding for these trips, so our colleagues can keep going above and beyond for the people they work alongside. ❤️ #WeAreP3 #Community #12daysofgiving

In recent research conducted by the Museum of Homelessness, 1474 people died while homeless in the UK in 2023 alone.
