From meeting them at shows and dinners and listening to their success stories, I know what Rosie Bailey and Jamie Ettedgui are building at Nibble is an amazing bit of retail technology. Nothing beats experience though and I’ve just used it for the first time and happy to post my review. It is awesome! 🎉 The chatbot is incredibly convincing, and includes emotional responses like emojis that I bet are proven to improve conversion rate, and the subsequent checkout process via Shop Pay (it was a BLAKE MILL shirt again so obviously I was a known entity) was a 2 click affair. Kudos for a brilliant tech startup doing something groundbreaking. Any retailer in my network on Shopify should get a demo asap and I know it works on all platforms!
