What is the correct broker fee? 3%, 5% or 10% of the principal loan amount? Should brokers that take higher fees share more of the risk? 🤔 Writing in the latest edition of the Association’s Commercial Broker magazine, Andrew Jackson, UK MD of NACFB Patron Swishfund Ltd, asks whether higher pricing could derail the intermediary-led funding market. 💬 He says, “One can only hope that through this melee may emerge a community of lenders and brokers who value customer retention, repeat business, and fair business practices over making a quick buck today to the detriment of the future.” Read the full opinion piece here 👉 https://lnkd.in/e8h-NZ97 #CommercialBroker #BrokerFees #Intermediary
