A New Year equals new goals to conquer 🎯 Here at MULTIVAC UK, we are looking back on our achievements within our Technical team throughout 2024, with the outlook to accomplish even better results by the end of 2025. Lets take a look at what they achieved: 🤝 Technicians helped to install 120 machines for customers. 🤝 95% of all planned service visits took place on the agreed date with our customers. 🤝 To date, there is a combined service history of 55.5 years between our 3 colleagues on our technical helpdesk. 🤝 We have over 900 machines on service contract, which is a growth of approximately 50 machines from last year. Our technical department’s work ethic, knowledge, and dedication have provided invaluable service and support to our customers. Capping Off the Year with Insight and Innovation 💡🤝 Last week, MULTIVAC UK held their last Strategic Sales meeting of the year, where we had sales updates from across the business, machinery demonstrations, in-person training from our partner company Risco, as well as several interactive sessions. The sessions were rounded off with an evening in each others company, where the prestigious 'Golden Sausage' award was presented to 2024 winner, Luke Gowen. Building Bonds, Driving Success 🤝 Last week, our Regional Sales Manager, Craig Mahoney, welcomed loyal customers from Norseland to our Innovation Centre in Swindon. Norseland and MULTIVAC have been in partnership for many years and have a wide range of machinery which supports the growth of their product portfolio. The speciality cheese supplier have a new, fully automated line scheduled for delivery in the new year for a new snacking product, and the visit to MUUK gave their operations team full insight into the progress of their project. Craig and the UK team were joined by colleagues from our head office in Germany, who came together to provide a comprehensive tour of the Innovation Centre and Workshop facilities, including a demonstration of the impressive RX 4 Thermoformer.
