M J Hillson Management Re-Structure Announcement After an impressive 58 years of dedicated leadership as Group Managing Director, Michael Hillson is stepping aside from his role at the helm of the MJ Hillson Group of Companies. This includes MJ Hillson, HILLSON BUILDERS LIMITED, Innovation On-Site, and MAULDEN VALE LIMITED. Michael's unwavering commitment and vision have been the cornerstone of the Group's success and growth over the years. In his place, we are pleased to announce that Mark Hillson, currently the Managing Director of MJ Hillson, will take over as Group Managing Director. Mark’s experience, vision, and commitment to the Group's values make him the ideal choice to lead the next chapter of our journey. While Michael will be transitioning out of the day-to-day operations, he will remain as Group Chairman, continuing to provide strategic guidance, support, and mentorship across all areas of the business. Mark’s new role as Group Managing Director takes effect immediately. A thorough handover process is underway to ensure a seamless transition. To fill the position of Managing Director at MJ Hillson, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Irfaan Pochee, currently the Contracts Director. Irfaan has worked closely with Mark over recent years, forming a strong partnership that has driven much of MJ Hillson recent success. In his new role, Irfaan will build on the foundation of excellence he and Mark have established together. We are confident that under Mark Hillson's leadership as Group Managing Director, alongside Irfaan Pochee at MJ Hillson and Tony Wren at Innovation On-Site, the MJ Hillson Group will continue to thrive and uphold its long-standing tradition of excellence.

Football Shirt Friday – 25th October 2024 In our continuing support of Parkinson's UK the team here at MJ Hillson Group wore their club/country colours with pride. On site, in the office and some even in supplier factories.  As previously mentioned Parkinson's UK is a charity that is close to us all within the business and its great to see support from the teams at MJ Hillson and Innovation On-Site. With shirts from Arsenal, Luton Town, Manchester United, Tottenham Liverpool, Chelsea, England, Wales, South Africa and a retro Benfica number from Tony Wren. Pre-Construction Manager– A new and exciting addition! MJ Hillson are delighted to announce Jon Cook has joined the business to lead our preconstruction division as of the 1st of October. Jon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge within the industry working with both contractors and suppliers previously. Jon will head up our estimating division engaging with the team on new as well as existing tenders, Jon joins the business bringing much valued relationships from the industry. Jon will soon be reaching out to our manufacturers to discuss future works and all business development moving forward. Parkinsons Bake Sale – September 2024 As part of our continued support for Parkinson's UK in 2024 we hosted a Bake sale to try and raise much needed and appreciated funds for the charity. Bakers and buyers were both welcomed with multiple cakes, rocky road, millionaire shortbread as well as many other sweet treats on offer, nobody in the MJ Hillson office on Friday went hungry. We have raised just short of £2000 for Parkinson's UK in the latter part of 2024 and will continue to do so with our next charity event of Football Shirt Friday soon coming around on October 25th across all our sites and offices. London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2024 - Update The update you have been waiting for! On Sunday our team completed the London to Brighton Ride, with a 9:30 start from Clapham common our team all completed the 55 miles Sunday and in doing so have so far raised over £1800 for Parkinson's UK. Harry, Mitchell, Tyler, Bailey, Zoe, Dom and Ben made up our 2024 team. A massive congratulations to the whole team!
