Completion is on track for Spring 2025. There has been a few cold fingers over in Wisbech this week but the main units fencing and lift pit are underway. The drive through unit is nearing completion with tarmac set to go down early next week. Our final push on this one and we'll be back to show you the finished photos!

Our team is finalising a number of exciting deals just in time for Christmas, paving the way for groundbreaking new projects in 2025. It’s shaping up to be a monumental year ahead! 🏗️ EPC - Construction Management: We’re making significant progress on delivering 24 much-needed homes in Newport for our client and ultimately end-user Green Square Accord, supporting local housing demand. Pre-construction works are in full swing for a game-changing project featuring 50 shared-living units in the West Midlands —the first of its kind in the area. Work is set to begin in Q2 next year. 👷🏽 EPC - Quantity Surveying: Our site visit this week revealed outstanding progress on over 40 luxury apartments on Shrewsburys flagship development. Our Quantity Surveying and front-end design management services are driving this landmark project forward. (Spot the snowman!☃️) Busy months for several other sites too resulting in key progress meetings in Gloucester, Newtown, and Birmingham A continued thank you to our incredible teams, clients, and partners. And so the transformation begins! Another interesting Space Station Project for us as PM/EA/QS. The refurbishment of an old data-centre into a Space Station Storage Facility at Godalming. Currently working with DJD, GW Engineers, Greenways, 3FE, Kent Sustainability and Rise Up. Soon we'll be joined by GTK, Janus, EDG, KJL, Arc and others on what will be an exciting project.
