About us
At MindHug we are on a mission to elevate individual, organisational and social mental wellbeing by making a wider choice of therapies and solutions more accessible, more affordable and more personalised than ever before. We recognise that one size does not fit all in mental wellbeing, with 66% of individuals unable to find the personalised therapies and solutions they deserve. Our therapies range from traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to evidence based experiential therapies such as art therapy, animal assisted therapy and music therapy. Through our service, MindHug Concierge, we work with organisations and teams to understand their employee wellbeing needs, and plan and implement a mental wellbeing strategy tailored to them. We also offer bespoke therapy, leadership training and workshops for organisations to address wellbeing challenges most pressing for them. We are also thrilled to announce that we will shortly be launching MindHug Digital and MindHug Therapist. These apps use an affordable hybrid approach that combines digital content, therapist-led solutions, mood tracking and AI to help individuals find what works best for them.
