Football might not have made it home, but we’re delighted that McCann Worldgroup UK’s work with Mastercard for the 2024 Euros Final has scored an impressive #3 on Campaign’s ‘Top five press ads’ list 2024, recognising the work of our creatives Jeremy Little and James Poole-Hobbs. Ahead of the England vs Spain final, we helped Mastercard cut through the noise while remaining true to their ‘priceless’ brand platform. Campaign said: “Mastercard devised a smart and striking way to join the crowded conversation… [and] cleverly reimagined its logo as a Venn diagram with one circle labelled “football”, the other “home” and the intersection of the two tagged “priceless”.
