Happy birthday to us! Our Foundation is 39 years old today, and as we head into our 40th year, we have some news for you 👀 Our grant programmes will run slightly differently in 2025. Our Core Grant Programme is open now until mid-February. From March, we will be running our 40th Anniversary Programme, offering unrestricted funding of £40,000 for charities who can demonstrate a significant increase in demand due to the cost-of-living crisis. Then, from July, we’ll have two grant programmes running simultaneously, our Core Grant Programme will re-open, and a Specialist Grant Programme will open, details for the latter programme will be announced in June. Our normal criteria apply to all grant programmes. For more information on eligibility please visit https://lnkd.in/emyAgTAQ Association of Jersey Charities Association of Guernsey Charities

While Lloyds colleagues David Rowsell and Emily Lewis were in Jersey for our winter reception, we took the opportunity to show them around the island and introduce them to the essential work of the charities we support. Kairos Arts Jersey, Beresford Street Kitchen, Dementia Jersey and Freeda Jersey all welcomed David and Emily, alongside our chair Philippa Stahelin and executive director Jo Le Poidevin. This was a brilliant opportunity for them to understand more about these charities which are currently supported by the Foundation. As well as Lloyds Banking Group being our sole funder, colleagues from Lloyds Bank volunteer their time and expertise through skills-based volunteering including charity mentoring. Thanks for stopping by David and Emily, and thank you so much to our charities for the warm welcome!

Our Foundation is wholly funded by Lloyds Banking Group and supported by colleagues who generously volunteer their time and skills with the charities we support. We recently welcomed two Lloyds colleagues to Guernsey to attend our winter reception and visit some of the brilliant charities we work with. Chris Turner and Sam Martin joined our executive director Jo Le Poidevin on visits to Guernsey Community Savings , Bright Beginnings Guernsey, Mill Street Community Cafe, Action for Children and Grow Ltd to learn more about the vital work these charities do in our community. Thank you to these charities for welcoming us, and thanks to Chris and Sam for paying us a visit! Lloyds Bank International
