MINDFULNESS MONDAY Today, is a reminder to be mindful about remembrance. Today is Armistice Day, or Remembrance Day, yesterday was Remembrance Sunday. We took time yesterday and will today, to remember those that have fought for our country, and sadly lost their lives, whether in conflict, or not, for those who have served, we will remember them. Today I remember my Grandad, and I know my Mum will be wearing his medals with pride. Who will you be remembering today? Make sure you take time to do this at 11am. #mindfulnessmonday #remembranceday #armisticeday
