Helping techies level up in their careers by developing their non-tech skills | Engineering Leader & Certified Career Coach | Country Director GWTL | ex-Thoughtworks
Full house at the first LeadDev Barcelona event last night! 🤩 I had an awesome time! Great people, great food, great talks … Toni Tassani talked about measuring tech teams productivity @ Ocado, and how complicated it is (as we all know 😅) Massimo Belloni covered the habits of healthy engineering team and the importance of focusing on people (my favorite topic 😃) I also had the chance to reconnect with some people like Giovanni Sayas and meet some new ones like Peter Buki and Jose Enrique Rodriguez Huerta :) Basically a room filled with tech leaders talking about collaboration, growth and improvement 🙂 What more can you ask for from an event?... Thank you Marina Planells Guasch, Christian Sisti, Rolando Angelini, Pablo Chacin and Ocado Technology for bringing Lead Dev to Barcelona! See you at the next one :)
