Yesterday we had the pleasure of Darren Weavers Blow & Go Fibre hosting a blown fibre upskilling day for some of our lead engineers, starting off with a thoery session indoors before heading out into the field to put it into practice 🥶💨 All of the engineers have came away from the session motivated, eager to put their newfound skills and tricks of the trade to the test, particularly the tandem blow on those lenghty cable links! Fantastic day training the blowing team at L3 Optics in Runcorn. I really enjoyed it. A great experienced team who said they would benefit from some productivity and the systematic blowing system training. The big advantage of Blow & Go Fibre onsite training for install teams is it can be infinitely adapted on the day according to the teams needs…of course we follow an agenda but it can be laser focussed on the teams specific needs. The morning was some theory and an overview of systematic techniques then we did some practical in the afternoon blowing Ultra Light Weight utilising the new training guidelines.
