GreenWeave® is a sustainable, low-energy consuming textile duct material designed for superior indoor air quality in offices, schools, laboratories, conference centres, as well as cold work rooms in the food industry. Our unique material offers significant energy efficiency and environmental benefits, highlighted by our Cradle to Cradle certification, ensuring recyclability and sustainability. GreenWeave excels in clean air delivery, functioning as an M6 prefilter according to EN779:2012, and boasts the highest dust holding capacity in the market, resulting in 3-4 times longer washing intervals than competing brands. Our textile ducts are hygienic, washable, and free from harmful chemical additives, maintaining their fire retardant properties as per EN13501 B-S1-d0 standards. All our materials are woven in-house at our KE Fibertec weaving mill, allowing us to control the entire production process and meet ISO 9001 standards. This swimming pool housed in an Edwardian building at Withington Baths in Manchester was saved from closure by the local community after being awarded £900,000 in restoration funds by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The restoration lasted seven months and KE Fibertec was selected to supply the new textile based ventilation. The building's Edwardian roof is of historical significance and so the light weight installation of textile ducts ensured that minimum stress was placed on the supports, whilst also being able to deliver large quantities of air in multiple directions to ensure no condensation build up on any of the surfaces.
