It's #InternationalMigrantsDay and our own community history informs our support for recognition of the contributions of all those who have built lives in Britain. Diversity enriches society and we stand firm in reminding any and everyone that migrant history is British history.

Come and experience this sensory portrait of Britain's earliest migrant community. It is a story shaped by kinship, politics, culture and activism and we feel very privileged to be the custodians of these oral histories. Thank you EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum and Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland for helping us to bring them home.
'(This exhibition) is probably more important here in Ireland than it actually is in Britain because obviously the people who contributed to this and who live in Britain have experienced what it's like to be an immigrant', 🗣 Richy O'Gormon Visit 'Look Back To Look Forward: 50 Years of the Irish in Britain': an exhibition curated by Irish in Britain, now at EPIC until July 14th. These brilliant illustrations in our exhibition helped to stir memory and reminiscence for so many within the Irish community. Thank you Becky Moriarty for re-imagining these iconic places for new generations and for connecting us to our origin stories.

My latest illustrations for the charity Irish in Britain. I worked on their oral history project ‘Look Back to Look Forward’ and create some illustrations of significant places to the Irish community to be part of the exhibition. It has made its way to London, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham and finally the EPIC Museum in Dublin, Ireland. The exhibition features some amazing stories from the Irish community in Britain. Hit me up if you are looking for illustrations and exhibition design.
