    As we count down to Christmas, we took 5 to catch-up with the infallible Ellie Vernon-Jones - Head of Commercial here at hyble 💚 So, what have been Ellie’s favourite moments of 2024…? 👉 Up first it’s got to be transitioning all our amazing #customers from 'Brand Creator' to our new platform, 'Hyble'. Watching customers unlock amazing value with Hyble has been so rewarding 👏 Reflecting on the cross-functional effort to #design, build, and deliver a brand-new platform—it’s been huge! 👉 Next, it has to be a personal milestone for me! 🙌 as this year I’ve expanded my role to manage our #US customer-facing team. Being able to step into a new market, working with new customers, and collaborating with fantastic people across the business. It’s been a brilliant learning curve and an exciting challenge. 👉 Finally, as a business and as a #team - hitting our first £1 Million month! An enormous achievement for everyone and a testament to the ambition, grit, and #innovation that’s fueled us over the years 😅 And what are you most looking forward to in 2025…? “I think 2025 is going to be a really exciting and challenging year (aren't they all!), but as a business we've been geared-up and hyper-focused on delivering the hyble transition and our new contract with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in the US, that this next year will feel quite different for us as we start to look how we really utilise #AI and #Technology to further scale and go after new opportunities 📈 Plus getting out and spending more time with the team and our customers in person. As a Global business, we're all spread out across the globe, so getting the chance to meet up face to face is always something I look forward to ☺️” Incredible!     Banana Negroni anyone? As we take a look back on 2024, we also wanted to share some notable #alcohol trends from 2024 that saw initial buzz.... but didn’t sustain their popularity. 👉 Over-the-Top Celebrity Tequila Brands While #premium tequila has been trending for years, 2024 saw a shift as some high-profile celebrity-backed brands struggled to maintain momentum. Rising costs and saturation in the ultra-premium category caused some #consumers to revert to more affordable tequila options, leaving certain luxury tequila ventures out in the cold. 👉 Nitro Beers Beyond Stouts and Porters Breweries attempted to #innovate by applying nitro technology to other beer styles like Belgian wits and Old English ales. While interesting, these efforts lacked mass appeal beyond niche audiences, failing to gain the same traction as traditional nitrogenated stouts. 👉 Tropical Cocktails Everywhere Bartenders leaned into tropical flavors such as banana Negronis and rum-based riffs on classics. However, while exciting at first, many of these concoctions felt gimmicky and didn’t capture lasting consumer interest outside specialty bars. 👉 At-Home Cocktail Experimentation Fatigue During the pandemic, at-home bartending soared, but in 2024, there were signs of decline in this DIY trend. According to a 2024 report, 85% of consumers preferred social outings for drinks..highlighting the importance of #onpremise marketing! 👉 THC-Infused Drinks While THC-infused beverages generated curiosity, their legality and inconsistent effects limited broader adoption in the market.  Many consumers opted for more established alcohol or non-alcohol alternatives instead.. These trends remind us how quickly consumer preferences can shift in the ever-evolving world of #beer, #wine, and #spirits....and why #data is so important! Whilst we ❤️ innovation, staying the course, often depends on the right mix of timing, value, and adaptability.     We are tooting our horn this Friday!! 🎉📣 As we officially celebrate the roll-out of hyble across the USA!! We are now LIVE in 46 markets from East to West. That's nearly 10,000 new users onboarded! Over 300+ training and launch calls completed! 5 new integrations built! 624 beautiful branded #design templates! 32,326 orders shipped! With an incredible 4.3 days #print to delivery turnaround....! This is the biggest roll-out we've ever done..and is a HUGE achievement for any company, let alone one that has transitioned all our existing clients to a new platform at the same time, and managed to grow that portfolio in double digits year-on-year simultaneously. We couldn’t be prouder of what the #team has accomplished - in particular Craig, Katie, Julia, David, Bryony, Euan, Benjamin, Ellie, as well as our amazing #customer success team, all our #support engineers, our dream team of designers, art workers and content management, finance and finally front-line support team... This milestone is a testament to the power of teamwork, #innovation, and our commitment to providing exceptional service. 🚀 To everyone that has been involved (too many to name) - thank you for being part of this journey.     Go Big or Go Home.... We only work with the biggest & coolest #drinks brands in the world! Working with #enterprise clients was a deliberate decision for us, many years ago. However, developing #technology for enterprise customers is a unique challenge - and it's definitely one that’s pushed us to #innovate, iterate, and truly understand the needs of large-scale organisations. Here are the top lessons we’ve learned at hyble while building for companies like Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Campari Group, Molson Coors Beverage Company and Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits 🙌 👉 Understand Their Pain Points: Enterprise customers have complex needs, often requiring tailored solutions. Deep discovery sessions and regular feedback loops have been key to ensuring our tech delivers real value. 👉 Scalability is Non-Negotiable: Enterprise demands solutions that grow with them. Whether it’s handling surges in demand or integrating with legacy systems, scalability has been at the forefront of our design approach. 👉 Security First: Data protection, #compliance, and cyber-security aren’t just check boxes—they’re pillars of enterprise trust. We’ve invested heavily in ensuring our technology meets the highest security standards. 👉 Integrate, Don’t Overhaul: Many enterprise customers operate on legacy systems. Building tech that integrates seamlessly, rather than requiring a complete overhaul, has been a game-changer. 👉 Customer Support is as Important as the Product: Enterprise needs fast, reliable #support when something goes wrong. That’s why we’ve prioritised having a dedicated, knowledgeable support team available whenever needed...
