What a fantastic way to end 2024… We are officially the Logistics UK Final Mile Delivery Business of the Year!🚚🎉 Bringing our logistics operations in-house in 2021 was a bold move, but one driven by our passion to deliver world-class service to every single customer. Fast forward to today, and this award is a testament to the dedication and care our incredible logistics team brings to every delivery. Comprising of 21 vans operating nationwide and 51 exceptional colleagues, who have an inspiring 78 years of combined service between them! Here’s just some of their accomplishments this year: ✅ Delivered to over 36,000 customers ✅ Achieved 98.8% first-time delivery success ✅ Received over 2,000 glowing Trustpilot reviews with 4.9 stars overall! ✅ Saved 258 tonnes of packaging through sustainable practices ✅ Donated furniture which has helped raise over £2 million for British Heart Foundation and The Salvation Army❤️ At HSL, we know every delivery is more than a service, it’s a moment of care. However the repetition soon lost its appeal, so he decided to find a local part-time job to bring more purpose and excitement. He joined HSL Southampton with five decades of sales expertise and even more life experience under his belt, and he's been a beloved part of the diverse team here for the past 5 years.
