We operate in 240 local authority areas, managing over 24,000 properties and providing over 48,000 hours of social care each week. Housing 21 achieved the Investors in People Platinum award in 2021, The Most Innovative Supported/Sheltered Housing Scheme at the Housing Digital Innovation Awards 2022 and we were named the winner for the Best Older People's Landlord at the 2022 Inside Housing UK Housing Awards.

Ami, a former entrepreneur, found a supportive community at Housing 21’s Bradford scheme after facing housing challenges. Meanwhile, Edna and Rashford, married for over 50 years, enjoy the security and peace of mind offered by their Extra Care home, where Edna receives the care she needs. We are starting the week with an update on our flagship #cohousing scheme, Rupali Court in #Birmingham. 🌟 The prospective #residents came together to look at the initial designs for the scheme, including the layout and the materials for the interior. The #community in #Lozells has been engaged throughout the process. Based on the feedback provided already, Rupali Court will feature a large communal lounge and kitchen as well as a multi-faith room and landscaped garden. Thank you to our partners Legacy WM for bringing everyone together, and to our colleagues Ash Round MCIOB from the Development Team and Heidi Fisher from the Asset Management Team who also attended the session. 🙌 #UKHousing #Development #OlderPeople
