Happy New Year from all of us at Goya Developments.   We are pleased to announce that Goya/Hillwood have secured full detailed planning permission for a new industrial development in Reading to be named Hurricane Urban Hub.   The site is 7.6 acres and will comprise of 10 units totalling 185,000 sq.ft. ranging from 10,500 sq.ft to 47,000 sq.ft (combined). As with all our schemes, our Goya Green initiative will be targeting EPC A + and BREEAM Excellent.   A massive thank you must go to PRC Architecture & Planning Ltd, Bellona Advisors, and Form Design Group Ltd for their planning advice throughout, and of course the wider Goya team.   Jim Bryan, Director of Goya Developments, stated "We’re delighted to have obtained the detailed planning permission for our scheme which will be so much cleaner than the historic use, and more than replace the jobs lost."
