We had a brilliant time at NEC People North 2024 yesterday! Here are the key takeaways from the outstanding speakers: ❗ Rob Horne reminded us not to take contract language at face value - even seemingly simple requirements need careful interpretation. 💭 Jon Broome tackled the balancing act between governance best practices and practical contract management. ☔ Fascinating facts and solutions from EHAB on using modern tech to create realistic, well-thought-out programmes and schedules. 💯 Our Ben Walker shared some eye-opening industry stats - imagine the improvements if we treated commercial records with the same rigour as QHSE, using purpose-built solutions! ❓ Brilliant point from our engaged audience: We pay for quality records - why not commercial ones?
