We predict a surge in demand for NICEIC approved contractors in 2025. Based on conversations and presentations at the The Property Institute regionals recently, further push for regulation and predictions from esteemed RICS professionals, we think long term PMPs are going to be higher up the agendas of diligent PMs. Anything that accurately spreads service charge costs and mitigtes levies, wins respect from lessees and protects / enhances the value of peoples most significant investments and homes.
