We have advised Homes England, the UK government's housing and regeneration agency, on a £250 million master developer joint venture with Oaktree Capital Management and Greycoat Real Estate. The partnership will target large or complex sites with the potential to deliver more than 1,000 homes each, and will leverage the investors’ expertise, resources and knowledge and demonstrate the opportunity for new investment into an under-served part of the UK residential market. As we head into 2025, pay transparency planning will take on a new urgency for companies around the world. In in the EU, many companies will need to have the infrastructure in place to start compiling their gender pay data from 1 January 2026 at the latest. Companies should take proactive steps now to ensure compliance. #PayTransparency #GenderPayGap
