🕘 New Year, New Case Study - In partnership with 6B and their integration partner, we reviewed the integration and interoperability landscape across NHS Dorset ICS and provided the ICB with recommendations. 👩🏽⚕️ The problem: Each organisation in the ICS had implemented its own systems, standards, data models, and protocols, meaning the system architecture was fragmented and inconsistent. 🔬 What we did: Working with key stakeholders and steering groups, we delved into the technologies and integrations across all care settings, whilst looking for transformation opportunities. 🗺️ What we delivered: We provided the ICB with a transformative roadmap toward modern data integration and interoperability capabilities across the whole ICS.  To learn more about our work and its impact, read the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/dNZnBaXp

Ethical Healthcare is proud to be working with NHS Transformation Directorate and KLAS Research on this year's national electronic patient record (EPR) usability survey. ✅ The survey will help us measure how easy current EPR systems are to use and how well they support practitioners in their work. 📢 We want to hear from medical and dental staff, nurses, health visitors and midwives, healthcare assistants and other support staff, scientific, therapeutic and technical professionals, and clinical admin staff. The survey is completely confidential and will give us important feedback we can use to shape the way EPR systems are developed in the future. ⏱️ The survey is open to all those who use an EPR system regularly in their jobs and takes around 8 minutes to complete. Happy (and a bit surprised if completely honest!) to be re-elected on to the techUK Health and Social Care council- thank you so much for everyone that voted for me 😊 Feeling really energised to try to influence things for the better, and grow the sector and its impact. There's a bit of a feel in the air right now, a certain energy. Not sure if it's the promise of funding from the government, or something lifting after the pandemic years, but it does feel like some growth is on its way in digital health. Maybe it's the dam that's been holding back the increasing demand for health and care services and tech solutions beginning to break, after all it can't hold forever. Either way, I'll be doing my bit to champion to SME voice in digital health, and trying to move towards a more ethical way of doing business in the sector, so please contact me if you have any views on this space.
