Charity dedicated to finding new ways to close engineering and manufacturing skills gaps in the UK.

About us

At Enginuity, we believe that UK engineers can change the world, given the opportunity. The UK has an engineering and manufacturing skills gap, and rapidly changing challenges and technologies make it even harder for employers to identify and find the right skills at the right time. That's why our charitable objectives are based on supporting the UK’s engineering and manufacturing sector to adapt to the challenges it faces today.

Closing the skills gap in manufacturing and engineering is a cross-sector, collaborative effort. This multi-stakeholder approach from Enginuity does just that. Industry needs a continuous feedback loop, where academic institutions prepare students with industry relevant skills, manufacturers provide hands-on learning opportunities, and policy-makers support these efforts with strategic investments. Be part of the Enginuity Alliance journey 👇 #ukmfg
