  • Achieving practical completion of a new first-class 28,500 sq. ft industrial unit at Patchway Enterprise Park in Bristol. 👏 Constructed by E G Carter & Co Ltd and Bourne Wood Partnership, and Designed by Ratcliffe Groves Partnership Architects and Rowntree Partnership Ltd, the project has achieved the highest ESG certifications, including BREEAM Outstanding and EPC Rating A+. 💡 Earlier this year, we secured a pre-let of the unit to Ferraris Piston Service Ltd, supported by Knight Frank, and we are excited to welcome them to their new unit. 🤝 Patchway Enterprise Park is part of a portfolio of assets managed on behalf of Delancey's client, a UK pension fund, through our Pro-active Core Strategy, which unlocks latent portfolio value by capitalising on our opportunistic heritage. 🔓 Matt Ellis, Asset Manager at Delancey, said: "This marks another step forward in the evolution and elevation of Patchway Enterprise Park. Delivering new first-class industrial space, that meets the requirements of hi-calibre occupiers. "With planning secured on the next development phase, to deliver c.130,000 sq ft of market-leading facilities, we look forward to progressing onward with the wider asset strategy to reposition the Park; providing more modern future-proofed buildings with the highest sustainability credentials." This latest completion follows on from the successful development of Units 8a and 8b. Both were pre-let to pioneering businesses ahead of practical completion with eXmoor Pharma Concepts, a cell and gene therapy consultancy, taking a lease of Unit 8a; and Bikar Aerospace Metals, a provider of semi-fabricated metals for the aerospace industry, taking a lease of Unit 8b. 🗝️ #DelanceyRealEstate #PatchwayEnterprisePark Mark Enderby | Helen McVie

  • “The Plaque is the great commemorative medium of our time” – Ronald Hutton 🔵 Last week, Nathan Watt and Olivia Corbett-Joyce attended Historic England’s Blue Plaque drinks reception hosted at the incredible Space House. A large group of members enjoyed spectacular sky views whilst hearing about how important these blue plaques are to our heritage. Historic England decided to take the Blue Plaque scheme nationwide to tell the stories of inspirational people throughout history - from all walks of life - who have made a significant contribution to human welfare or happiness. Delancey, along with our platform business The Earls Court Development Company, are so proud to sponsor this scheme. Ronald Hutton, CBE - Professor of History at University of Bristol and blue plaque panel chair delivered a powerful speech reminding us how these plaques connect us to our past, serving as a national pantheon of heroines and heroes. Thank you to Historic England for an incredible evening, we so look forward to the next unveiling in 2026! ✨ #DelanceyRealEstate #HistoricEngland #BluePlaqueScheme

  • 🚇 Supporting the proposed Bakerloo Line extension   Delancey is proud to be part of Business4Bakerloo, a coalition of London businesses supporting the Bakerloo Line Upgrade and Extension (BLUE) and calling for the UK Government to make this a priority.    Extending the Bakerloo Line will:   📈 Boost the UK economy by £1.5bn each year 💻 Create 150,000 jobs across the country 🏗️ Support the construction of 107,000 new homes along the line 🛍️ Generate close to 200,000 sqm of additional commercial floorspace   When Transport for London ran a consultation on support for the project they found that 89% of respondents were in favour, and the BLUE already has the backing of Seb Dance and Southwark, Lewisham and Brent councils.   So many supporters from across London’s business and transport community came to the launch event, sharing their vision for a better-connected London. As the developers of the renewed Elephant and Castle, where the Bakerloo Line currently finishes, we’re keen that more Londoners are able to visit the development and enjoy the fantastic new town centre that our team is helping bring to life.    With Get Living, we’re already investing over £2bn in the regeneration of Elephant and Castle and Lewisham. This includes the delivery of a new Integrated Ticket Hall for the Elephant & Castle Underground station which will eventually serve the Bakerloo Line extension giving it a decent head start before it is even approved.    Make sure to follow Business4Bakerloo for the latest updates and to sign up to the campaign.   #DelanceyRealEstate #BackTheBakerloo #GetLiving | Richard Palmer

  • We are staying familiar with the Notting Hill Gate Estate. 🤝   In case you missed it, we recently announced that our Debt team participated in the £135m refinancing of the Notting Hill Gate Estate alongside ING.   To unpack the refinancing, Martin Farinola and Martin Kom sat down with Real Estate Capital Europe, explaining why Delancey is returning to involvement with the Estate having held an ownership position from 2004 – 2010, and how we’ll work to support the Estate’s regeneration.   Thank you to Silvia Siccardo for covering the story. #DelanceyRealEstate | Martin Farinola | Martin Kom | Manraj Gill | Andrew Rogers | Samuel Ellis | Rohini Kharkar | Max Boeser

  • We were privileged to have Johnny Scott Barber and Steve Reynolds from Supporting Wounded Veterans visit Delancey yesterday and speak about the important work the charity does. 👏   Founded in 2012, Supporting Wounded Veterans (SWV) provide six comprehensive pathways including sports rehabilitation, mentoring, pain management, mental health support and employment opportunities to enable former UK servicemen and women, physically or mentally wounded, to move forward from rehabilitation to employment. 🤝   Steve told us about his journey from meeting his friends in the army and finding his place in the world, to then being medically discharged and left feeling displaced and unable to work. His story is not uncommon and through SWV he was offered rehabilitation programmes, recruitment support, and given valuable tools to rebuild his life. He is now in full time employment and has a young, loving family💙   SWV have incredible opportunities to support their mission. One of their main activities is their annual ski trip to Klosters where veterans (regardless of injury) are taught to ski. Many UK businesses fundraise for this event and then fly out for the weekend to partake in the SWV Winter Challenge. It's an extraordinary chance to rub shoulders with the veterans and learn more about what SWV does, and it's worth joining ⛷️   Thank you to Johnny and Steve for visiting Delancey. For more information on how to get involved, you can visit their website in our comments below. 👇   #DelanceyRealEstate #SupportingWoundedVeterans

It was an honour to be a sponsor of the LandAid Gala Dinner. 💙   Did you know every 4 minutes a young person becomes homeless in the UK?   LandAid offers hope by uniting businesses and individuals in real estate to support projects that offer life-changing accommodation for homeless youth. They provide homes, jobs, and skills to thousands of at-risk young people, helping them build foundations for growth. 🤝   Over 500 industry professionals came together to support the cause with all £300,000 of the funds raised going to the charity. 👏   In attendance were Olympic champions Rebecca Adlington Daley Thompson Dame Sarah Storey, and James Guy MBE who shared their journey to the games and the importance of perseverance and self-belief.🙏 We shared our table with Get Living’s Anna Whitton and Fay Rajaratnam, reminiscing on the success of the East Village and HERE EAST in Stratford, born from the former Olympic park. 🥇   Thank you to LandAid and Damian Wild for a fantastic night. ✨ #DelanceyRealEstate #LandAid | Katharine Walsh | Craig Worman | Olivia Corbett-Joyce | Adnan Ozair | Richard Palmer | Dan Dawe | Robert Jenkins | Christina Rehnberg | Helen McVie
