"Enhancing end of life care in North Northamptonshire"
About us
Cransley Hospice Trust is passionate about high quality hospice and end of life care being available to all. We are committed to raising funds that will support and develop the delivery of these services for our local community in North Northamptonshire. The specialist end of life care provided both at ‘Cransley Hospice,’ and to patients in their own home through the ‘Hospice at Home’ service meets the physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs of the patient, their family and loved ones. Our fundraising income comes primarily from dedicated and loyal supporters and the public in our community. In order to continue this level of care and future services, we need to increase our fundraising to £2m. Reach our friendly fundraising team on 03000 274040 for any questions or to offer your support!

We’re truly overwhelmed by the incredible support from Yusen Logistics in Wellingborough! 💚 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting their team, who went above and beyond to support Cransley Hospice Trust this Christmas. A special shout-out to Kirstie Morton for leading this wonderful initiative. They collected a remarkable number of gifts and essential items for the hospice patients, their families and hardworking staff. But that’s not all! Yusen Logistics also sponsored our Christmas Tree Recycling leaflets for the project which takes place in January. ♻️🎄 We’re so grateful for their kindness and dedication to the Trust. So many patients and families will be able to create precious memories, thanks to their generosity - because every moment truly matters. Thank you Yusen Logistics! 💚

What a very special lunch with the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. We're so pleased to be their charity of the year! 💚 Yesterday we had the chance to share the importance of hospice care to many other local businesses and individuals, sharing our touching video of Lara for our recent Tree of Lights campaign, along with many ways that our community can get involved in supporting our mission. Thank you to Duncan from Tollers, Rozalia from Intercounty Truck & Van Ltd, Laura from Infrastructure Gateway Ltd, Kirstie from Yusen Logistics and Natasha from Alumasc Water Management Solutions for being our very special guests. It was wonderful to receive so much support and to see familiar faces, along with new ones! Thank you to everyone who has supported us, whether making a donation or tagging us in your posts to raise awareness of the essential services. We'd love to have your support in 2025. Do not hesitate to get in touch with our team to see how you could get involved in raising vital donations. #HospiceCare #NorthantsChamber #CharityLunch Philip Talbot Victoria Gray

Update: Change of Venue for Cransley Tree of Lights Service Due to the forecasted arrival of Storm Darragh this weekend, our annual Tree of Lights service will now take place at the United Reformed Church, London Road, Kettering, NN15 6DU (opposite Corn Market Hall). 🗓 Date: Sunday, 8th December 2024 🕡 Time: Service begins at 6:30 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) We anticipate the storm will subside by the evening, and we warmly invite you to join us in the comfort and safety of the church. The Cransley Tree of Lights at St. Mary’s Hospital will still shine brightly in memory of loved ones, though the lighting may occur slightly later than planned. A HUGE thank you to the team at T James Electrical for installing our magical Tree of Lights. They have supported us with this very special event for many years now - we couldn't do it without them.🎄 You can still make a dedication in honour of someone you love: https://lnkd.in/ePC4MxHB

Celebrating 10 years of compassionate care 💚 Last week marked a special milestone for Jamie as he celebrated 10 years since qualifying as a Staff Nurse and stepping into the world of hospice care. From starting as a student nurse to now working as Ward Matron, Jamie has made an incredible impact at both Cynthia Spencer and Cransley Hospice. Reflecting on his journey, Jamie shared: "I feel incredibly proud and thankful to all those who have supported me over the past 10 years. Here's to the next ten!" Congratulations, Jamie! Thank you for all that you do. #HospiceCare #CransleyHospiceTrust #NHS #NHFT
